But if you have a problem, here are some possible solutions:
Problem: You think you made a typo in the email address you used when buying the book.
Solution: contact phoebem@pajarobay.com and she will correct the email for you. She is a part-time assistant, so please give her a little time to reply.
Problem: You can't find the email from Bookfunnel in your inbox.
Solution: check your spam, promotions, and trash folders for it. Search your email for a message from "help@bookfunnel.com".
Problem: You've tried everything and still can't find the email, or you are just feeling confused about how to read the book your purchased.
Solution: contact phoebem@pajarobay.com and she will have Bookfunnel help you get the book in the format you need for reading.
Refund Policy:
If you have not received your book, you may request a full refund by emailing phoebem@pajarobay.com. Once the book has been received and opened, refunds are not available.
